Controlled Substances/Medications

Substances, including illicit drugs and specific prescription medications, regulated by law, can be brought to most local police departments and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office. Contact your local law enforcement for more information. Controlled substances can only be accepted during the 10 scheduled weekend events during the calendar year.

Non-Controlled Substances

Non-controlled substance medications can be brought to the Rockland Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 35 Firemen's Memorial Drive on the dates listed below.
