Rockland Green will not be accepting out of State or out of County MSW, C&D or Recyclables.

Out of County municipalities with an Intermunicipal Agreement will be allowed entry.

HHW for Businesses

Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators — small businesses, institutions, and non-profits in Rockland County that qualify for CESQG status may also deliver household hazardous waste to the HHW Facility for a fee. This fee is waived for Rockland municipalities and schools.
